Program participation is subject to age, location, and capacity requirements that may vary by site. Where a participant is a minor, a parent or guardian must give consent before the child joins any activity.
Volunteers and coaches must complete our onboarding, agree to our code of conduct, and pass any screening checks required in the country where they will serve. We reserve the right to refuse, pause, or end participation where safety or program integrity requires it.
If you submit a comment on our blog, a message through our contact form, or any other content, you grant Promoting Queens a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and share that content in connection with our mission.
You are responsible for what you submit. Do not post content that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, or that infringes anyone's rights. We may remove content that violates these terms without notice.
The Promoting Queens name, logo, program names, written content, photographs, and design are the property of Promoting Queens Chess Foundation or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law.

Donations to Promoting Queens are used to fund our programs and operations. Because we are a registered 501(c)(3) organization, donations from US taxpayers are generally tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law; we always recommend confirming with your tax advisor.
Donations are processed by third-party payment providers. Once a donation is made, it is generally non-refundable except where required by law or in cases of clear error. If you believe a donation was made in error, email contact@promotingqueens.org within 14 days.
Our site links to third-party services (for example, GoFundMe, YouTube, social media platforms, and payment processors). We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices. Use them at your own discretion and review their own terms.
